Focuses on care reach-outs, developing residency care plans, and maintaining accurate Tribe Care records to ensure holistic community support.
If you or someone you know requires assistance, please complete our Community Support Form, and a team member will follow up within 48 hours during care hours.
Supports members with lineage verification and offers City Residents 10 free hours of 1-on-1 genealogy assistance to preserve and honor family histories.
Leads the development of cooperative community projects and initiatives, fostering interdependence and collective growth.
